We are glad that you have chosen to shop with us - and we are sure that you will experience the highest level in delivery service from our Furniture Delivery Partners. If your order qualifies for White Glove Delivery and Setup In Room of choice, you will be receiving a call from the delivery company to schedule a time and date for delivery.
Below are a few important notes regarding your delivery:
1. Please have someone who is responsible there at the time of delivery, who will be able to direct the delivery men on where to deliver and setup your furniture.
2. Your furniture is all brand new - and was purchased from the manufacturer directly for your order. The delivery company opened and inspected the furniture to ensure that it is in perfect condition. They then repacked all the items to prepare it for a perfect delivery.
3. Please remember to inspect all furniture at the time of arrival. We incur extra costs to ensure that your order is properly packaged and handled with the best care possible. Damages are very rare, but in the event that they do care, all damage must be noted on the Proof Of Delivery, and customer must contact Coleman Furniture immediately BEFORE refusing any pieces.

The only piece to be sent back - would be the damaged piece. Do not send back other pieces, as this can cause damages to them. There will be a delivery charge on UNDAMAGED furniture that is sent back. Once the furniture is back in the warehouse, you will be contacted with an resolution on the damage item. The delivery people know that they must wait until the package is completely inspected. Any damage not noted on the Poof of Delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
