For deliveries outside this area, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help.

We deliver free of charge throughout the continental United States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska for an additional fee. International customers can make arrangements with a US-based freight forwarder, and we will ship to the selected freight forwarder free of charge.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately. Damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and promptly reported to the company.
Our return policy requires items to be new and unused, and excludes certain items such as mattresses, cordless power packs, and custom orders. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form and return shipping information. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be started within five days of delivery and in their original boxes. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the returned merchandise.
