A Real Dream!

"I just cannot use enough superlatives to describe this bed. When I first saw it online, I was captivated but, as we all know, pictures can be deceiving. Not so, in this case. It is more beautiful in reality! A fine piece of furniture at a time when substandard is all too common. I am VERY happy with it! I must also commend American Delivery for getting it here unscathed. The two men who set it up were efficient, careful and respectful. A great experience all the way around!"

"After scanning the Internet for months for the exact bed that we wanted, we finally found it...and at a much lower price. The set-up service and free shipping also made this worthwhile. But the biggest surprise came when it was delivered (the two guys were considerate and efficient) and it looked so much better up close. I will definitely be back to Coleman to buy more furniture in the future."

Quality Product, Professional Installation, Good Communication, Poor Experience With Factory Side

"The furniture is beautiful and if I were rating that alone it would be 5 stars. However, it is asking for my experience, which was not 5 stars. There are four main components of my rating - I'll rate individually and average the score. Furniture Quality/Aesthetics: 5 stars Communication with Renegade/Coleman Furniture: 4 stars Delivery & Setup Teams: 5 stars Factory Shipping and Competence: 1 star We ordered the king bed, 2 night stands, dresser, and media stand. There was a bit of a wait for the delivery and install but that was expected/known upfront. Our bed was missing a bracket and screw set upon initial delivery. The setup guys took a picture of the needed part and sent it to Coleman. We waited another week or so for the delivery of the correct part (the factory apparently does not overnight or rush delivery - even in a service recovery situation) and another few days or so after it arrived for the setup team to come back. Much to everyone's dismay, they sent the wrong part. Both parties (setup team and us) took pics and sent them to Coleman. We waited another week or so for the delivery of the correct item again. This time, we opened it immediately only to have our hearts broken again as we discovered they sent us the wrong part again (the parts they kept sending us were completely different assembly parts and looked nothing alike - not in size, color, or function - so it's unclear what the issue was). We then had to wait over a week again for the correct part to finally come and then schedule the delivery team to come back. It took over a month AFTER the initial delivery to have our bed assembled to were we could sleep in our room in our new house. The delivery guys were great and tried to help out as much as they could. Renegade/Coleman representative tried to keep us informed and remained courteous - they are technically middlemen that secure furniture purchase and send order to factory where it is then shipped directly to the customer (at least in our experience - this is how it went down). The factory just bungled things completely and added to the stress and chaos of a move. Coleman did give us a small credit for the fiasco but I'm still rounding my score down due to the extra time and inconvenience I had to spend/incur communicating or adjusting my schedule to accommodate (attempted) setups."
