    Our Professional Program is designed to cater to businesses as well as professionals in the furniture industry. Our Trade program is intended for interior designers, decorators, architects, and other design professionals who frequently source furniture for their clients' projects. Our Contract program is intended for businesses and organizations such as hotels, restaurants, offices, and property developers who require bulk purchases or have ongoing furniture procurement needs for commercial projects.
  • How soon after I sign up will I get approved?

    Once the application and documents have been submitted, we will accept or reject and finalize the application within 1-2 business days.
  • How do I receive tax exemptions on my order?

    When signing up for the Professional Program, make sure to complete the attached ST-120 form in the application, so we can activate your account as tax-exempt.
  • Is there a purchase minimum?

    There is no purchase minimum that must be met in order to qualify for Professional pricing.
  • Is delivery included in the price of the item?

    Yes, everything on our site includes free delivery throughout the continental United States. Many of our products also include white glove delivery - with full assembly & setup.

    Orders can be placed through our website using a credit card for payment. We accept all major credit cards.
  • Can you ship to my receiver or my client's home?

    We can ship your order to your receiver or directly to your client—simply enter your desired shipping address at checkout. Changes made to your shipping address after ordering may result in a transit delay and fees.
