  • Who qualifies for the Coleman Furniture Professional Program?

    Our Professional Program is designed to cater to businesses as well as professionals in the furniture industry. Our Trade program is intended for interior designers, decorators, architects, and other design professionals who frequently source furniture for their clients' projects. Our Contract program is intended for businesses and organizations such as hotels, restaurants, offices, and property developers who require bulk purchases or have ongoing furniture procurement needs for commercial projects.
  • How soon after I sign up will I get approved?

    Once the application and documents have been submitted, we will accept or reject and finalize the application within 1-2 business days.
  • How do I receive tax exemptions on my order?

    When signing up for the Professional Program, make sure to complete the attached ST-120 form in the application, so we can activate your account as tax-exempt.
  • Is there a purchase minimum?

    No purchase minimums must be met to qualify for Professional pricing through our Trade or Contract programs.
  • Is delivery included in the price of the item?

    Yes, everything on our site includes free delivery throughout the continental United States. Many of our products also include white glove delivery - with full assembly & setup. Learn more about our shipping and delivery services here.
  • Do you offer additional discounts for bulk orders?

    Bulk orders may qualify for deeper discounts. Please contact your dedicated account representative for further assistance.
  • Can I see the Professional pricing when logged into my account?

    No, please reach out to your dedicated account representative for a quote with your exclusive Professional pricing.
  • Do I need to set up an account after submitting my application?

    When signing up for a Professional Program account an account is automatically created for you. If you already have an account that you would like to convert to a Professional Program account, please apply using the existing account email address.
  • How do I pay for my order?

    Orders can be placed through our website using a credit card for payment. We accept all major credit cards.
  • Can you ship to my receiver or my client's home?

    We can ship your order to your receiver or directly to your client—simply enter your desired shipping address at checkout. Changes made to your shipping address after ordering may result in a transit delay and fees.
  • Do you offer Customer's Own Material (COM)?

    Coleman Furniture does not currently offer this service.
  • Can I share photos of my project to be featured on Coleman Furniture's social media?

    We would love to see photos of your completed projects. Please submit your professional-grade photos by submitting a support ticket and select the Support Type of "Trade/Contract Inquiries".
