We guarantee to match our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale pricing on all purchases made starting from November 15, 2024. If an item you purchased is discounted on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, notify us by December 4, 2024 and we will issue you a full refund of the price difference.

Our return policy requires items to be new and unused, and excludes certain items such as mattresses, cordless power packs, and custom orders. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form and return shipping information. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be started within five days of delivery and in their original boxes. Refunds will be issued upon receiving the returned merchandise. Orders may be canceled free of charge anytime before they ship. Once an order is prepared to ship, the manufacturer's 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
