“Net Amount” means the cash amount paid (in U.S. Dollars) by the customer for the product(s) purchased in a qualifying purchase.
Reward Points can only be redeemed and applied as a credit against a purchase from Coleman Furniture. Reward Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards or gift certificates. Reward Points are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law. To redeem Reward Points, fill in the number of Reward Points to redeem in the applicable input field during the checkout process. Reward Points may be combined with one (1) Coleman Furniture coupon code only, but not with any other Coleman Furniture promotion, offer or other discount. No credits or refunds will be issued for any reason after Reward Points have been redeemed, including for unused Reward Points, except as described in “Returns” below.
If a customer returns an item that was purchased in whole or in part using Reward Points, the return will be processed in accordance with Coleman Furniture’s return and exchange policy. If the return is accepted by Coleman Furniture, the Reward Points applicable to the returned item will be credited back to the customer’s account.
Members can check the Reward Points balance in their accounts at any time by logging in at My Account. A valid email address and password are required to view the Reward Points balance of an account. Coleman Furniture is not liable for any failure, delay or error in crediting Reward Points to an account. Each customer is responsible for any and all activity occurring in or through his/her account, including the redemption of Reward Points, whether or not the activity was authorized.
If a customer does not make a Rewards-Eligible Purchase and use his/her Reward Points during the Redemption Period (see above), the relevant Reward Points will expire and no longer be available to the customer for redemption towards eligible purchases.
Reward Points and any other right, obligation or benefit of the Rewards Program may not be transferred, assigned, sold, traded or bartered by any customer or any other person, without Coleman Furniture’s prior written consent, which Coleman Furniture may withhold in its sole discretion, and any attempt to do any of the foregoing shall be null and void. In addition, Reward Points are for the customer’s personal use only. Customers may not aggregate Reward Points from multiple accounts or use Reward Points for the purpose of purchasing products from Coleman Furniture on behalf of others or for the purpose of reselling such products to others.
Reward Points are only awarded after completion of order.
