On each product’s page it states whether the product qualifies for “Free Delivery” or “Free Premium White Glove Delivery”. “Free Delivery” means the product will be delivered to your front door, free of charge. “Free Premium White Glove Delivery” means not only will the product be delivered to your home free of charge, it will also be assembled in your room of choice at no additional cost.
International customers can arrange to have their order shipped overseas by using a freight forwarding service. Please make arrangements with a freight forwarder who delivers to your destination, and then provide the freight forwarder’s information in the shipping address when checking out.
All items from the same manufacturer will ship together. However, items shipping with our White Glove service (as indicated on the product page with “Free Delivery & In-Home Setup”) will all be joined for one delivery to your home.

We deliver free of charge throughout the continental United States, as well as Hawaii and Alaska for an additional fee. International customers can make arrangements with a US-based freight forwarder, and we will ship to the selected freight forwarder free of charge.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
If you’d like to delay your delivery free of charge, please notify us at the time the order is placed. Otherwise, storage fees may apply.

In-stock items usually ship within 3 to 5 business days and deliver within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the product size and shipping location.
