We guarantee to match our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale pricing on all purchases made starting from November 15, 2024. If an item you purchased is discounted on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, notify us by December 4, 2024 and we will issue you a full refund of the price difference.

Can I see trade pricing when I’m logged into my account?
Trade prices are not listed on our website when you are logged into your account. Contact your account specialist for further assistance.
I am a tax-exempt designer, can I have tax removed from my orders?
Yes, when signing up for the trade program, make sure to complete the attached ST-120 form in the application, so we can activate your account as tax-exempt.
What is the delivery cost?
Everything on our site ships for free anywhere in the continental United States. Additionally, many items also include in-home setup at no additional charge.
