Terms and Conditions

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

By participating in the Coleman Furniture Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • 1.

    Eligibility
    • The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of territories and possessions, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
    • Employees of Coleman Furniture, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
    • This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

    Sponsor

    The Giveaway is sponsored by Coleman Furniture, an online retailer operating at colemanfurniture.com.

  • 3.

    Agreement to Rules

    By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Coleman Furniture as final and binding as it relates to this Giveaway.

  • 4.

    Giveaway Period

    The Giveaway begins August 28, 2025 and ends September 8, 2025. The winner will be selected and announced once sufficient entries have been received.

  • 5.

    How to Enter

    To enter, participants must:

    • Like the official Giveaway post on the @colemanfurniture Instagram account.
    • Follow @colemanfurniture on Instagram.
    • Tag three (3) friends in the comments section of the Giveaway post.

    Failure to complete any of the steps above will result in disqualification.

  • 6.

    Prizes

    One (1) winner will receive a Bounce Velvet Ottoman in either dark terracotta or rose pink.

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutions, except at Coleman Furniture’s discretion.
    • Any expenses related to the prize not explicitly mentioned are the winner’s sole responsibility.

  • 7.

    Winner Selection and Notification
    • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
    • The winner will be announced on the @colemanfurniture Instagram account on a date determined by Coleman Furniture.
    • Coleman Furniture will attempt to contact the winner via direct message on Instagram. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Coleman Furniture reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  • 8.

    Rights Granted by Entrants

    By entering this Giveaway, you understand and agree that Coleman Furniture, anyone acting on its behalf, or its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right to use your name, Instagram handle, likeness, entry, and any associated content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval, to the extent permitted by law.

  • 9.

    General Conditions
    • Coleman Furniture reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in its sole discretion, including if a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
    • Coleman Furniture is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures, including Instagram outages or issues.

  • 10.

    Limitation of Liability

    By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Coleman Furniture, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising from or related to participation in this Giveaway or acceptance, receipt, or misuse of the prize.

    Disputes

    This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.

    Instagram Disclaimer

    This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any responsibility regarding this Giveaway.

  • 13.

    Privacy Policy

    Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.
