Our return policy requires items to be new and unused, and excludes certain items such as mattresses, foundations, bedding, individual portions of sectionals, cordless power packs, and custom orders. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form and return shipping information. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges and a 15% cancellation fee. Return authorization must be requested within five 5 calendar days of delivery, and approved returns must be received at the return address we provide within twenty 20 days from the date the return authorization is issued.
