Our return policy requires items to be new and unused, and excludes certain items such as mattresses, foundations, bedding, individual portions of sectionals, cordless power packs, and custom orders. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form and return shipping information. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges and a 15% cancellation fee.
