Wood Products Warranty:
AICO warrants its wood furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the consumer. Please keep your original delivery receipt, as it will be required for any warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to merchandise purchased "as is" (i.e. floor samples or clearance center items).
Distinctive Bedding Design Warranty:
We at AICO warrant our decorative bedding to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from receipt of delivery. Please contact your AICO® dealer if you find any defects with your new bedding. Your dealer will need a copy of your original delivery receipt, and they will handle the repair or replacement of your defective piece.
Upholstery Warranty:
AICO warrants its upholstery products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the length of time specified below. Please keep your original delivery receipt, as it will be required for any warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to merchandise purchased "as is" (i.e. floor samples or clearance center items).
Frames:
AICO warrants to the original owner/consumer that the upholstered frame will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the product as long as it remains upholstered in the original fabric and is used under normal residential wear and conditions.
Springs:
AICO warrants to the original owner/consumer that the springs will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the product as long as it remains upholstered in the original fabric and is used under normal residential wear and conditions.
Show Wood:
AICO warrants to the original owner/consumer that the exposed finished wood trim will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the consumer.
Cushions:
AICO warrants to the original owner/consumer that the cushions will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery to the consumer. It should be noted that a slight softening and loss of resiliency will occur in all foam, polyester fiber, and other filling materials as a normal result of use and aging and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Fabrics:
Are only warranted to the extent of the warranty provided by the fabric suppliers to AICO. Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics typically do not guarantee their products for wear because they cannot control its use. Color fastness, shrinkage, and pilling of fabrics are not covered under this warranty. Consistent with major fabric producers and furniture manufacturers, AICO in its sole discretion may refuse warranty coverage where "after market" fabric, leather protectors, or coatings have been applied. Chemicals in these applications can change the characteristics of certain fabrics and cause early failure, color changes, and other damage. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Unlike other furniture companies, Coleman Furniture never charges for delivery. Since our humble beginnings in 1999 we have grown to become one of the largest online furniture stores in the US. We offer two distinct delivery options that sets us miles apart from the competition.
Smaller items (and office furniture from Bush and Bestar as well as ALL TOV ORDERS), that list "FREE HOME DELIVERY" will ship via Fedex, UPS, or LTL service. If assembly is required it will be the customers responsibility to assemble the furniture. Only a small percentage of our orders ship this way, however, we do offer items that it's simply not economical to do a white glove delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states. Delivery is currently not available to Alaska or Hawaii. However, we have many international customers whom heard about us, or found our great deals online. Coleman Furniture will work with your selected freight forwarder, and will deliver your order to them at no charge!
