Shipping is always free to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is available for an additional fee. Delivery charges may apply if the customer is not available to receive their order at the agreed-upon date and time that was previously scheduled with them by the delivery company.
Certain areas that are inaccessible with our standard home delivery trucks (we do not use semi trucks for residential deliveries), or locations that require alternative delivery methods (for example; if we need to deliver to an island that may only be accessed by boat) will require extra fees. Deliveries that require our team to work in excessively tight conditions or to carry furniture beyond two flights of stairs may incur additional delivery charges. However, in those instances, said fees will be reviewed with you before delivery.
We do not make international deliveries at this time. However, we can deliver your order to a freight forwarder of your choosing. It is the customer’s responsibility to hire a freight forwarder and pay all overseas shipping fees directly to the freight forwarding company.

To avoid delivery day disappointments, ensure the furniture properly fits the area where you intend to place your new item. Additionally, it is crucial to measure any doorways and turns through which the furniture will pass through, including stairways, elevators, or angles that may hinder the delivery team’s ability to maneuver the furniture into your home.
In preparation for White Glove deliveries, please remove pictures, accessories, or other items from the walls to prevent damage. Furthermore, ensure that the area where you want your furniture placed is free and clear of any items that may obstruct the passageway and that there will be sufficient room for assembly.
We suggest allowing at least an hour before or after your scheduled delivery time for unforeseen circumstances that may alter delivery time. Designate an individual to serve as a “backup” receiver to accept and inspect the delivery on your behalf in the event you cannot be present.
