How would my furniture be delivered?
On each product’s page it states whether the product qualifies for “Free Delivery” or “Free Premium White Glove Delivery”. “Free Delivery” means the product will be delivered to the entrance of your home or building, free of charge. “Free Premium White Glove Delivery” means not only will the product be delivered to your home free of charge, it will also be assembled in your room of choice at no additional cost.
Where does Coleman Furniture deliver?
Coleman Furniture delivers to customers within the continental United States as well as Hawaii and Alaska. International customers can make arrangements with a US-based freight forwarder, and we will ship to the selected freight forwarder free of charge.
How long does it take to receive my furniture?
Transit time for in-stock items shipping via Fedex or UPS generally takes 2-4 business days, while transit time for in-stock items shipping with our White Glove delivery service takes 2 weeks. Please contact us to determine stock availability.

Our return policy requires items to be new and unused, and excludes certain items such as mattresses, foundations, bedding, individual portions of sectionals, cordless power packs, and custom orders. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form and return shipping information. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges and a 15% cancellation fee. Return authorization must be requested within five 5 calendar days of delivery, and approved returns must be received at the return address we provide within twenty 20 days from the date the return authorization is issued. For items originally delivered via LTL, UPS, or FedEx, once return authorization is approved, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipment to the return address provided. Returns must be in their original boxes. Refunds will be issued upon receipt, inspection, and confirmation that the returned merchandise is in the same condition as delivered. No, we're not able to remove or haul away your old furniture. Please make sure the room is cleared before our delivery team arrives so they can bring in and set up your new piece without delay.
Yes—we deliver free of charge anywhere in the continental United States. Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is also available for an additional fee. If you're outside the US, you can arrange delivery through a US-based freight forwarder, and we'll ship to them at no cost to you.
All items from the same manufacturer will ship together. However, items shipping with our White Glove service (as indicated on the product page with “Free Delivery & In-Home Setup”) will all be joined for one delivery to your home.
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applied at checkout in states where we're required to collect it. You'll see the exact tax amount before you complete your order, so there are no surprises at checkout.
